Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LiveSaleManager you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. If you invite teammates from Settings, you are responsible for their use of the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to defraud buyers, sell goods that are illegal in your jurisdiction, or violate intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments and refunds

Payments between buyers and sellers happen outside the service through PayPal or Venmo links. LiveSaleManager records the invoice and marks the shipment paid once you confirm receipt; we don't collect, hold, or refund payments on your behalf. Refund handling is between you and your buyer.

Shipping

We use Shippo to purchase USPS labels. You are the merchant of record for your shipments. Any shipping cost overrides you configure (including covering shipping for buyers) are your financial responsibility.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, label-purchase success, or that buyer-paid funds arrive on time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms over time. Material changes will be flagged via the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by emailing you at your account email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of <replace with state>, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
