What we collect
When you create a seller account we collect your email address, a chosen display name, and the password hash used to authenticate you. When buyers participate in your shows we record their Instagram handle and the items they purchased. When buyers choose to share an address for shipping or an email for receipts, that information is stored against their record so you can print labels and send tracking links. We don't ask buyers to create accounts.
How we use it
We use the data above to operate the service: to let you record sales, group them into shipments, generate USPS labels through our shipping partner, and notify buyers when their packages ship and arrive. We don't sell this data, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share shipping addresses with Shippo, our label provider, so they can purchase the underlying USPS postage. Payment links (PayPal, Venmo) are deep links the buyer clicks from their own device — no payment information passes through our servers. Emails are delivered through a transactional email provider. We may share information when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers at this time. If that changes we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent.
Data retention
Account and sale records are kept while your seller account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your inventory, shows, sales, and shipment records. Buyer records persist for as long as their associated seller account exists.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data by emailing the contact below. Buyers can request the same through their seller or by emailing us directly.
